寒暄幾句, Daniel首先開腔, “It doesn't look good. We are still short 3 million, which means close to 30M of new business.”
“I believe that our staff cost is too high. Take a look at the WK team, it's over 65%, while the other teams are only around 57%. Is the team over staffed, under utilized?”
正張羅著如何之際, Daisy說, “Let's take a closer look at the timesheets before we jump to conclusion.”
這個cushion來得及時, 連城接著說, “I agree with Daisy. I suggest that we should have a helicopter point of view of the overall capacity plan. It's too early to point finger at one team. Plus the budget forecast was done prior to the team and the business' arrival. I don't think it's objective to conclude that WK team is the issue.”
這個會的結論就是re-look at the capacity plan of the whole agency, 而且在一種很奇怪的氣氛下完結。
There's always a calm before the storm. In a corp world, one has to walk gingerly and stride with bold steps.
